ECUADOR
- The Amistad development is located off the coast of Ecuador
in the Gulf of Guayaquil, Block 3. Noble Energy has been producing
this field with the AMISTAD A platform and a 12” pipeline
back to shore.
Because
of the water depth and short tie-back distance all subsea equipment
is diver installed. Further, control is via a direct hydraulic
system and each well will have its own designated flowline and
umbilical.
The
Scope of Work includes the following:
• Flow lines to Host - Design, Flow Assurance, Routing,
Specifications;
• Control System & Umbilicals - Preliminary definition,
and Specifications;
• Riser & I-Tubes - Design, Drawings & Specifications
• Topside Modifications - Definition & Specifications
• AFE - Detailed project cost estimate and development
schedule;
• RFQs - Bid packages, bid solicitations, bid analysis
& recommendations;
• Procurement - Monitoring of supply contracts, Inspection
and FAT;
• Manuals - Start-up, Shut-down, and Operating;
