Antares Offshore has an immediate opening for an experienced Subsea Engineering Manager to join our team.

The Subsea Engineering Manager will lead and develop a multi-discipline engineering and design team focused on the development and delivery of subsea systems including field architecture, subsea hardware, riser system and hardware, installation engineering and offshore support for subsea systems  Our engineering and design teams develop field architecture alternatives with a focus on constructability and installability, determines the optimal concepts, specifies hardware requirements, provides cost analysis, and progresses the selected solutions from our design basis through construction and installation.

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or other related Degree to the Offshore Industry.  A Master's Degree is preferred
• Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Subsea Engineering and Design
• Prior experience as a Subsea Engineering Manager or as a Senior Lead Subsea Enginer is required
• This position will require a very solid and demonstrated knowledge of engineering design for subsea systems, subsea field architecture,  subsea hardware, subsea control systems, manifolds, PLETs, PLEMs, jumpers, umbilicals, risers, pipelines, flowlines, connection systems, flow assurance and production deliverability. 

The Subsea Engineering Manager must have a working knowledge of various offshore production facilities such as fixed platforms and floating facilities

This position will require strong demonstratred leadership skills, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills.
